VentureCo

This project was developed as an opportunity to explore branding by creating a complete visual identity for a fictional company from the ground up, including its system, tone, and supporting details. VentureCo is a conceptual outdoor brand that offers gear, clothing, and accessories for hikers, campers, climbers, and nature enthusiasts who value the outdoors and environmental responsibility.

Every product is designed to reflect a commitment to sustainability and a deeper appreciation for the natural world. Beyond selling outdoor goods, the brand focuses on education and engagement, encouraging users to connect with nature and recognize the importance of protecting it.

This project allowed me to design across multiple platforms and products, including a website/app interface, apparel, stickers, and various promotional materials. It strengthened my understanding of cohesive branding systems and how visual identity can be applied consistently across both digital and physical touchpoints.

VentureCo Branding Guide

Screenprinting

I was fortunate to gain hands-on experience with screen printing during my time in school, which quickly became a process I really enjoyed. I chose to incorporate this technique into VentureCo by creating branded T-shirts, similar to those sold in the brand’s online or physical store.

This experience gave me a new understanding of how designs translate from digital concepts into physical products, as well as the importance of material, texture, and production methods in branding. It was a valuable learning opportunity that expanded my skill set, and it’s a process I hope to continue exploring in future projects.

VentureCo Media

VentureCo’s branding spans multiple digital platforms to create a cohesive and accessible experience. The website features an online shop, educational content focused on sustainability and outdoor awareness, and easy navigation that allows users to explore both products and information.

The app offers similar functionality in a more streamlined, mobile-friendly format, making it easy for users to browse and engage with the brand on the go. Social media also plays a key role in keeping the brand active and connected, sharing updates, new releases, and content that helps build community engagement.
