Save the Bees
This poster was created to raise awareness about declining bee populations and their critical role in our ecosystem. It aims to educate viewers on the importance of pollinators while also providing a clear call to action, encouraging support and participation in efforts to protect and sustain bee habitats.
Garden of the Gods
This poster was created for Garden of the Gods in Shawnee National Forest, drawing inspiration from the classic vintage National Park posters of the WPA era. It reflects the bold, simplified forms and limited color palettes characteristic of that style, while emphasizing the natural beauty and dramatic landscapes of the site.
STARS Projects
For this project, I wanted to explore the intersection of design and photography through a deep appreciation for nature and public lands. Created as part of a summer scholarship, the series focuses on building a cohesive body of work while strengthening my skills in layout design, typography, and visual storytelling.
Each piece incorporates my own photography, captured over the summer at a range of natural environments, including parks, beaches, and protected landscapes. These images span from expansive, layered views to intimate close-ups, allowing for a dynamic exploration of scale and perspective.
Through experimental layouts, visual layering, and thoughtful typographic choices, the work aims to evoke a sense of connection to the environment while highlighting its beauty and complexity. The project also reflects an underlying goal of raising awareness about the importance of preserving public lands, encouraging viewers to engage more deeply with the natural world.
